If you need to report an issue with an SBGrid workstation, are having trouble with your network account, accessing your files, or cannot access the SBGrid programs tree, please send an email to help@sbgrid.org or use the contact form.
Backups, Networking & General IT Support
Backups are performed on a regular basis by the IDI IT group. If you have any questions about backups, need files restored, or have any general issue regarding backups, contact the IDI IT group by emailing it@idi.harvard.edu.
If you are having trouble with the IDI network or a non-SBGrid maintained computer, please also contact the IDI IT group at it@idi.harvard.edu
