If you need to report an issue with an SBGrid workstation, are having trouble with your network account, accessing your files, or cannot access the SBGrid programs tree, please send an email to help@sbgrid.org or use the contact form.
General IT Support
If you are having trouble with your HMS email or eCommons account, a non-SBGrid maintained computer, or accessing the HMS VPM, please contact the HMS IT group by filling out the appriopriate form from the HMS IT Support page.
